How to Make Jello Shots

A few of the top tricks on how to create delicious jello shots

To get the best result use freezing alcohol

Utilize boiling water.

Melt two small jello packets (6 oz) or one big packet into hot water.

Stir constantly for a few minutes until the jello has melted.

Let the jello cool for a few minutes.

Add one and a half cups of freezing cold alcohol to the jello shots mix, this can be black labelled vodka or anything that's over forty percent

Stir the jello shots mixture and pour into your cups or glasses. It sets hard in about 2 hours.

Extreme caution is advised since these shots contain a lot more alcohol than you might think.

When your jello shots are ready to be eaten they should be at room temp this is to ensure proper consumption.

If these guidelines are not followed then you run the risk of the liquor evaporating before the jello shots have time to set.

You can use either plastic glasses for your jello shots, (as they look far better) but you will get better use out of paper cups as you can get more of the jello shots out of it.

Use the wee trays for your Jello Shots, they are very useful for such tasks.

A good trick with plastic cups is to put them on baking trays as they fit nicely and are easy to grab.

What ever season it is jello shots are always a favourite. The design flair really comes out when making jello shots once the holiday seasons come around, around Halloween or the festive season jello shots become the must have thing for any party.

Jello Shots can be made with any alcohol, there is no limit to want you can be done, my advice is stick to vodka. Vodka has the composition that blends in with any flavour or alcohol, this is why you will see some of the most well known cocktails throughout the world having vodka as a main ingredient.
